Wilfa uniform is a flat burr grinder with a 58mm burr designed with filter and immersion brewing in mind with the consultation of Tim Wendelboe. The burr is optimised for uniform grind particulate distribution to give a more crisp and clean cup. Keep in mind: Regardless of what the marketing material says the grinder is not designed for espresso and have limited capabilities on smaller grind sizes with lighter roasts. The item is being sold as i am merging my espresso and filter setup into a single grinder due to space constraints.
