The product is in immaculate condition and works perfectly. comes with the portafilter, and 3 baskets. there is no tamper however the coffee spoon has its own plastic tamper on the rear which can be used and does just as good as a job. The drip tray has some slight discolouration from the dark espresso but is hidden under the metal plate anyway. box not included but I will package well upon shipping.
