Machine turns on, frother works, just too much water goes into the pod container when used. We believe it’s due to the machine being clogged somewhere so the machine needs to be cleaned. Nespresso can fix the machine for £100 - I called and confirmed. You can ship it in. We upgraded machines so no longer need to do this. Definitely fixable at home if you search how to.
