I was really excited to try out this coffee, hoping to discover new and innovative ways to brew it. I followed many YouTube tutorials with varying degrees of success, but my attempts at roasting seemed to be heading in the wrong direction.
I decided to take a more hands-on approach, experimenting with adjusting the roast temperature as I watched the beans transform before my eyes. The roasting process took around 10 minutes, during which time I carefully monitored the color and aroma to gauge when it was just right.
The end result was surprisingly satisfying - the coffee had a smooth taste, plenty of creamer to balance out the flavors, and none of that lingering aftertaste business. It's definitely a step up from what I'm used to drinking pre-roasted.
Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to try this roasting method, even if it does take a bit more time than other ways of doing things.
