We're thrilled with our purchase and can't wait for others to experience the incredible versatility of this amazing coffee machine. As a result, we'd highly recommend this fantastic device to everyone, including friends who've already made the same decision. This machine is incredibly easy to use, making it a breeze to create your perfect cup of coffee.

With its user-friendly interface and effortless programming feature, we can craft an array of delicious espresso-based drinks like espresso, flat white, latte, and americano with ease. From our personal favorites to more exotic options like cappuccino, we've experimented with all sorts of unique flavor combinations and have been consistently impressed.

We've settled on a grind setting that suits our taste buds perfectly, favoring an extra shot for an invigorating wake-up call every morning. We're particularly fond of full-fat milk and high-quality coffee beans rated 9 or above, which deliver the perfect balance of rich and smooth flavor.

The temperature control is spot-on, allowing us to customize the brewing experience to our liking. The frothing function is also a highlight – we enjoy whipping up lattes with ease, thanks to this machine's impressive milk capacity. To put it simply, this coffee machine has become an indispensable part of our daily routine.

I was skeptical about the claims made by those who claimed that this coffee machine couldn't produce hot enough drinks, but after using two commercial-grade bean-to-cup machines myself, I can confidently say that this one delivers exactly what it promises.

It's not surprising given our usual usage of kettles that customers complaining about temperatures often end up expecting the same level from their own machines. That being said, this machine on its "hot" setting is spot on - a Caffè latte or cappuccino should be between 55°c and 65°c, which means you can expect perfectly balanced flavors without any scorching.

Initially, I was having some issues with the coffee grounds pucks being too soggy, but as I continued to use it, I noticed they became drier and more solid, much like what I'd experience in a high-end espresso machine. Of course, that's not exactly ideal for those who prefer larger cups of coffee.

However, I'm pleased to report that the machine was able to produce great results with even the maximum water-to-coffee ratio, yielding a generous 12oz drink. The build quality is solid and well-constructed, although it can be a bit flimsy when emptying the grounds bin and drip tray - but overall, I'd say it's worth the occasional cleaning.

I've been using this machine regularly for months now, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance. It's not perfect, but it delivers what you expect from a coffee machine at a reasonable price point.

We used to have a Siemens bean to cup coffee machine that was good until it started spilling water all over our kitchen worktop, which was slightly inconvenient. We declined their £400 service for repairs and switched to a French Press instead. After owning a machine for several years, we found the press to be completely unsatisfactory, so when we saw the LatteGo significantly reduced in price on Black Friday, we bought one.

The machine performed superbly well, making latte-style drinks that were made with love and care every time. It was easy to program and use, making it a joy to make coffee every morning. The milk frother was particularly impressive, producing silky-smooth microfoam with ease.

However, our experience was not without its hiccups. One of the key issues we encountered was the flimsy and precarious milk froth dispenser. This made cleaning the machine a chore that we didn't enjoy, but it's essential for keeping it in good working order. Despite this, we were pleased to discover that the LatteGo has a more straightforward design than our old Siemens unit, making maintenance easier and less frustrating.

Overall, we're extremely happy with our purchase of the LatteGo, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use coffee machine.
