In great working condition. Note one top internal crack on the water reservoir (actually keeps the water in and doesn't spill through that crack). And one crack on the dripper lid. Spare parts are readily available and don't cost an arm and a leg. Though despite the minor imperfections, thisabsolutely doesn't affect use, been using this for some time now. Since it was purchased in Europe and brought it home to the UK, it does have an EU plug.
