I placed an order for six 18-pack packages, expecting a great deal considering the price tag. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived when I only received one pack. The offer seemed like a steal at first glance but upon closer inspection, it revealed itself as a major letdown.

The customer service team provided me with some much-needed assistance and promptly refunded me for the faulty product. They also advised me to place another order, which I did. To my dismay, this second shipment arrived in the same condition - one pack was missing from each of its 18 compartments.

Despite being reprimanded again and receiving a refund once more, I'm starting to feel like I've been taken for a ride. The only redeeming value I can find is the exceptional quality of Illy coffee, which has become my go-to choice after experiencing some subpar brews elsewhere.

The reviewer enjoyed their coffee and found it to have a pleasant taste, an inviting aroma that reminded them of the freshness they once experienced with their current Illy machine.

However, one aspect of the product did not meet expectations - its use of plastic, which made for a somewhat uninviting overall experience.

My morning routine just got a whole lot better thanks to this excellent coffee subscription I've been with for months now. The Illy pods arrived early and are exactly as described, which I was really impressed by. One of my favorite roasts of all time has been brewed from these particular beans, and the quality is simply superb.
