Maragogype is a mutation of Typica coffee and was discovered in Brazil. The Maragogype is a large plant with big leaves, low production and very large fruits (and seeds / green beans). Maragogype is found in most producing countries, but Guatemalan is considered of superior quality, especially when roasted to a full roast colour.
