Kopi Luwak, often revered as the world's most exquisite coffee, is derived from beans digested by Asian civet cats, or luwaks. Here, beans are gathered from free-roaming civets, with the estate, certified by the Gayo Coffee Protection Society, prioritising animal welfare and producing the finest quality beans.
