Item used daily and now requires service again. Overall the cost of a service and a possible bean tray replacement means a new one in my case is the best course of action. Please note the ground bean tray sometimes pops out when empty. The machine tells you to insert it and then continues as normal. There is a video showing this. Purchased the same machine again for its great coffee.
